| Do
you hope for a speedy response?
Do you hope you are dealing with an experienced
network engineer?
Do you hope they speak in ‘plain English’?
Now you can stop hoping. When you work with us
you’ll get timely personal service and will be dealing with
highly skilled network engineers who are reliable, honest and easy
to understand. We won’t annoy you by using industry jargon
or complicated explanations.
Who are we?
Zero Effort Networking (ZEN) is an established
network service provider in the Sydney metropolitan area. We specialise
in creating and supporting computer networks for small to medium
sized businesses, especially accountants, architects and real estate
offices.
In fact our expertise includes specialist support
for accounting practices and accounting software. Established in
1996, we have clients located in major business centres in Sydney
and throughout the Sydney region.
Our focus is on improving your productivity through
more reliable IT systems, less downtime, and proactive management
of your organisations IT investment. You are welcome to contact
us for your FREE
Server Health Check and initial consultation.
Our expertise
As well as benefiting from our regular network
maintenance, clients also rely upon our expertise to design, plan
and implement a wide range of technology solutions that are useful
to their business. We will not provide technology unless we are
sure that it will add value and make your life easier.
We’re proud of our service levels, quality
outcomes and our long-term client relationships. We have many satisfied
clients and our capabilities cover a wide range of services.
Remote support option
Whilst our work is often conducted on-site
we also have the ability to provide remote support. This means,
using our Remote Control software,
we’ll show you how to connect your computer to our HelpDesk
and we can then access your computer remotely from our premises.
By doing this we can fix the problem as though we were sitting in
your office, but it reduces your cost and minimises lost productivity.
For more information on relatively straightforward
computer network issues you are welcome to check the self-help
tips. If you have a more demanding problem you will find some
useful articles on our Resources
page. Or contact
us for prompt personal attention.
